General Info / Return Policy
Orders
Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at www.yanashiki.com. Orders placed before 3:00pm M-F will ship same day in most cases. Phone and fax orders are also welcome.

Shipping
All orders are shipped UPS or US Postal. All foreign orders must be prepaid in U.S. dollars. Oversized shipments do not qualify for any discounts whatsoever. In the event of a shipment error, Yana Shiki USA, Inc. will ship the corrected product via standard shipment methods. Requests for express service will be solely paid for by purchaser regardless of circumstances.

Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover American Express, Pay-Pal (confirmed addresses only) and money orders. International orders may be required to do money transfers at Yana Shiki USA, Inc. discretion.

C.O.D. Shipments
Will incur an additional charge of $12.00 per shipment not including freight. Only form of payment will be money order or cashier's check.C.O.D. returned shipments will incur the additional freight/C.O.D. charges and must be paid on any future order.

Drop ship
We do provide drop shipments for an additional fee of $5.00. Shipping and Handling charges will apply from Yana Shiki USA, Inc. to the receiving customer. Unless otherwise requested, invoices are not placed in drop shipment packages. Yana Shiki USA, Inc. accepts no responsibility to claims where carrier service indicates delivery was made. Signature required can be used when requested and paid for by Yana Shiki USA, Inc. customer.

Prices
All prices are subject to change without notice. We do make every effort to maintain prices January to January.

MSRP
(Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price)/Retail prices - are to be used as a guide only.

MAP Pricing
Many of our vendors have MAP pricing policies (Minimum Advertise Prices) and as such Yana Shiki USA, Inc. will be required to support these vendors in the event Yana Shiki USA, Inc. is notified any customer of Yana Shiki USA, Inc. has violated any active MAP policy. Upon notification, failure to comply with 24 hours will result in the suspension of your account and no future purchases can be made until full compliance is confirmed.

Limited warranty
Yana Shiki USA, Inc. makes no warrantees whatsoever, expressed or implied, oral or written, to purchaser(s) including dealers, retailers, businesses, individuals, consumers or customers. Yana Shiki USA, Inc. has no warrantee of merchantability made to purchaser(s). Please note the following regarding warranty claims:

Most all items Yana Shiki USA, Inc. sells at wholesale are warranted by the manufacturer under manufacturer's limited warranty(s).

These items generally require manufacturer's authorization before Yana Shiki USA, Inc. can issue credit or exchange. We will make every reasonable attempt to gain this authorization from the manufacturer on the purchase's behalf.

Any items, shipped to us via common carrier, must be shipped "Pre-Paid".

Any item, part of any item, or opened package returned under warranty that has obviously been abused, modified or used incorrectly will be returned to you, or disposed of with written consent, and no credit shall be issued.

If any item, or part of any item, must be sent to the manufacturer for inspection, you will be notified as soon as we are advised of the disposition.

Credit will be issued to your account once a warranty disposition is approved.

All Warranty claims will be forfeited if any product is modified from the original condition other than the condition when shipped by Yana Shiki USA, Inc. Such modifications include but are not limited to, cosmetic finishes such as paint, engravings or alterations. If you are going to modify any product sold to you by Yana Shiki USA, Inc. it is strongly suggested the product be test fitted and all hardware verified prior to conducting the modification and forfeiting the limited warranties.

Return policy
Yana Shiki USA, Inc. is unable to accept return or exchange of any merchandise, which was sold as discontinued or closeout merchandise. Please refer to the following when filing for a return or exchange:

Goods may not be returned for credit or exchange without expressed written permission of Yana Shiki USA, Inc. management by assignment of a Return Authorization number (RA#).

Any and all goods returned and approved/accepted by Yana Shiki USA, Inc. management will be credited at your cost less 25% for restocking and handling charges, or exchanged at the value of the original invoice amount.

No goods will be approved/accepted for credit or exchange if not received within 180 days of original invoice date or if product or packaging is not in condition to be resold as original product.

All returned goods must be accompanied by the proper invoice number and assigned RA# before credit can be allowed.

Electronic products can only be returned for exchange.
